Through these challenging times, the team of Phos Suites remains, as always, by your side to communicate all the required changes. Health and safety of our guests and employees continues to be our top priority.

We are monitoring all the events related to the spread of Covid-19 worldwide, we take all precautionary measures and follow official guidelines announced by the Greek government and the World Health Organisation.

In May, every member of Phos Suites team will be tested for Covid-19 and will continue to be tested on a regular basis. Temperature check for employees and guests is taking place daily at the entrance.

Our goal is to achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene and special emphasis is given to thorough sanitation of hotel public spaces and rooms as well as air conditions on a daily basis. Quality of protection tools and sterilization products are provided through companies approved by the Ministry of Health.

In the check-in:
● Sterilizer is placed at all entrances and throughout the building
● Guest temperature is measured at the entrance
● Guest luggage is sanitized prior to entering and before leaving

Housekeeping and Laundry:
● Cleaning all the rooms daily following the instructions of the Ministry of Health
● Public areas surfaces are cleaned and sterilized every hour.
● Rooms are disinfected after guests check out
● Steam machine is used to disinfect furniture and fabrics
● Laundry, linen and swimming pool towels are washed at high temperature and the laundry is sanitized daily
● Bed linen will be changed every two days, or upon request
● Regular disinfection of air condition and its filters

Swimming Pools:
● We sanitize all pool areas, surfaces, tables and chairs after each use and check out
● We regularly sanitize the swimming pool with maximum chlorine (5mg/liter) and bromine (10mg/ liter) levels
● Pool towels are placed in guest rooms, or upon request from the reception
